I have thin blonde hair too and switch shampoos a lot. Interstingly, I just switched from garnier fructis to suave, and am having better results. It seems when you switch shampoos often it's better for your hair. When I first switch, it seems my hair is much fuller and shinier. But I wasn't very impressed when I switched to Garnier Fructis. I really recommend switching it up between at least a few differnent brands. I'm using Suave clarifying shampoo now, but I also like Sunsilk, Herbal Essences, and Aussie. I use the volumizing shampoo on all those, but Suave clarifying is working well for me now. I'll probably have to switch again soon though.

I recommend buying maybe 3 different shampoos and switching them up every few days. I don't know why but I've always heard that's more effective, and it seems to work for me.

garnier isn't the best shampoo on the market but it is much better than suave. you should use a volumizing professional shampoo, like biolage or redkin. pricey, but worth it.

yes, garnier is better than suave without a doubt. but if you really want to see a change, you should switch to pantene pro-v. it thickens hair.

you can find it at wal mart or target.

good luck.
