Silver or gold strappy sandals - depending on the jewelery you're wearing. Matching coral would also have been perfect but finding a match in a style you like.... rather impossible :-)

I would say wear white sandals or those sandals that look like they have cork on them in tan or white. That would look really nice.

White or Beige. Or, see what trim is on the dress and try to reflect that. e.g.: white ribbon with a button on it would mean white, or otherwise neutral, shoes which may or may not have a button on them. Or, if you're wearing a shrug or jacket over the dress, you can match the shoes to that.
