I have a friend who's a sweetheart. She's pretty, but she wears thick black liquid eyeliner on her eyes and it makes her look horrible. I love to do makeup and hair and had offered to do a make over on her, but she did not comment. What suggestions do you have to bring out her pretty blue eyes that have no eyelashes? I suggested to her that she should wear false eyelashes, which she did a time or two then stopped. I HATE LIQUID EYELINER!!! It bugs me, there's got to be a way to bring out her pretty eyes for men to go crazy when she looks at them.

I have really blue eyes and i used black eyeliner. It looked ok then a friend recomended that i use brown eyeliner to make my eyes pop a little more. I tried it and my eyes were wayy more noticable to people especially the guys.

Curl her eyelashes and use a really good black mascara. Silver eyeshadow really brings out blue eyes. Use pencil eyeliner on her bottom lids only but if she really wants to use liquid eyeliner you can't stop her.
