My hair is naturally blonde but it was getting darker so i colored my hair blonde and now my roots are coming in really dark...and im tired of going back and forth coloring my hair blonde...so is there a way where you can take the blonde out w/o going to the salon?

No- Not gonna happen, If your hair was blone and got a tint in it from something and you wanted to strip the tint right after it happened then yes Dawn and it makes the blonde come back thru, But not it will not take the blone out, Go to your local salon! If price is a factor you can book an appt at the local beauty school for a few bucks more than the over the counter dye with better results. If you are a do-it-yourselfer Go to sallys. The ladies (and guys) working in there are licenced cosmetogist. Tell them what you want to do and they will show your what to buy to do it and how to do it. I am not sure what EXACT color your hair is now but I would suggest buying some Quick Blue lightner from sallys (if you want to bleach up your roots) and let the ladies help you decide what volune of devloper to buy base on the color your hair is now and the color you desire.(or also if you just want to match your roots they can help you with what professional stuff to buy DO not buy the over the counter JUNK it can contain added ingredianedts that are not good for your hair and extremly hard to get out)

You can either use color opps. Which will take out the hair color. Or you can wash ur hair with dish soap if the hair color is not permanent. If it's permanent than it'll just fade the color out. But if it's not permanent than using dish soap will work cause it's main ingreident is sulfate which causes hair color to fade out, that's why washing it with shampoo will hurt the hair color. hope this helped.

Yes, go to Taget and go to the hair color isle and buy the revlon blonde hair color. Just do the roots. It take 45 minutes and presto you look great again. It cost from $7-9. Or in the summer get some lemon jiuce and put it in your hair and go out in the sun for the day and watch it get lighter. Lemon strips it a bit though.

use purell shampoo strips out blond (works the best), also use finesse (it works on darker dies).... I'm sorry i don't know anything about dawn dish detergent... worse comes to worst go to sally's beauty salon and ask them what to do about it.

So you basically want to go back darker? See, once you go blonde and remove the dark, you can't "wash" it back in. Its like getting Clorox on a red shirt and thinking that if you wash it, the white spot will wash out and the shirt will be red again.
